Walk and Talk
Walk and talk therapy is a great option for those who may feel confined or limited in a traditional therapy setting or who prefer to be in nature while they receive support. The physical movement involved in a walk and talk session can also help to increase focus, stimulate creative thinking, and reduce anxiety and stress.
Our therapist will work with clients to determine the best location for their sessions, whether that be a park, trail, or other outdoor setting.
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART)
Maybe you’re looking for something a little different. Perhaps you’ve endured some significant trauma that you don’t wish to talk about. Accelerated Resolution Therapy may be for you. ART uses eye movements to cam the body enough to change how we feel about trauma and experience negative symptoms. The cool thing about it, is that you are not required to talk about your trauma! ART can be integrated into traditional therapy sessions or can be a stand alone service.
