About Me

My name is Anna, and I received my Master's Degree in Counseling from the University of South Carolina, and I specialize in helping women navigate the challenges of life and find their path to greater well-being and fulfillment.

I have grown up in Columbia and have a love/hate relationship with it here. I am a mother to three young kids. IYKYK. At various times in my life when I would look for a therapist, I found it very difficult to find someone that I would be comfortable talking to. If you’re from Soda City, you know that we live in a very conservative, religious state. Finding someone who I thought I would feel comfortable talking to without judgement was just not working out.

I am proud to offer services that are LGBTQIA-friendly and trans-affirming. I am also pro-choice and support individuals' right to make their own reproductive choices without fear of stigma or judgment. I am pro public education, pro Black Lives Matter, and committed to providing a safe space for all. Additionally, I am non-religious, but accepting of individuals of all faiths and belief systems.

I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, valued, and supported in their journey, and am honored to be a part of that process.
