ADHD counseling for women, from a therapist who's late-diagnosed herself. A judgment-free, LGBTQIA-affirming space — licensed in SC, KY & UT.

Whatever brought you here, this is a space to figure out what works for your brain.

Does this sound like you?

You've been called "so smart" your whole life — right before someone asked why you couldn't just get it together. You've started a hundred systems that worked for two weeks. You know the deadline was three days ago, and you still can't explain why you couldn't start until the night before.

Maybe you were diagnosed as a kid and told you'd grow out of it. Maybe you got diagnosed as an adult and felt a strange mix of relief and grief — relief that there was a name for it, grief for every year you spent thinking you were just lazy, too much, or broken. Maybe you haven't been diagnosed at all, but something in you has known for a while.

Whatever brought you here, you don't have to explain yourself or perform "having it together" in this space.

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, and I bring that lived experience into my clinical work with women navigating it. This is a space where you don’t have to hide what you believe, who you love, or how your brain works. I see clients virtually and am licensed in SC, KY, and UT.
